Please contact us prior to shipping your products back for a return. DO NOT return items without prior authorization. You MUST obtain an authorization for return. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning the items to us.


  • Damaged, defective, and shipment errors may be returned for a replacement, a full credit or a refund.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or shipment error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods at or call us at (800) 732-2328
  • Please include the following information: 1) name, 2) order number, 3) contact phone number and email address, and 4) brief description of the damage, defect, or shipment error.
  • Delayed damage requests (after 7 days of receipt of goods) may not be accepted, and opened bottles cannot be returned.
  • An RMA number and return instructions will be given before you ship the products back.
  • Unless otherwise requested, all returns must be done via U.S. Postal Service regular service.
  • It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.


  • If you would like to return your item(s) for reasons other than damages, defects, or shipment errors, there will be a 15% restocking service charge. Your will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Product must be returned in its original unopened package and in a good condition.
  • After the product(s) in an acceptable condition have been received and inspected, 85% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
  • Before you ship your returns, you must contact us to receive an RMA number and return instructions.
  • It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
