Description
Direction: Rinse the herbs with cool water. Place all herbs and 7oz of lean pork in a pot together with 8 cups (64 fl oz) of water. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours on low heat.
Ingredients: Jujubae Fructus Saccharatus, Coicis Semen, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Ophiopogonis Radix, Glehniae Radix.
