How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact@popus.com. You will need to have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail the UPC code from your product, a proof of purchase like the original receipt, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to POPUS at the address provided to you.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you may be responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
