If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, you may request a refund or replacement of the product. Please note that the Guarantee is only limited to the original, end-user purchaser. The costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase are not included in 100% guarantee.

How To Obtain a Refund or Replacement

To submit a Refund or Replacement Request (Guarantee request), please email us at: contact@popus.com. Please provide details on where and when you purchased our product. We will review your request. If your request is approved, you will need to mail us the following information: 1> the UPC code from your product, 2> proof of purchase (original receipt), and 3> your Guarantee approval confirmation number. You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you would be responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
