Ingredients:
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 2 cups Water
- Some Red dates
- Some Goji
- 1 Teaspoon American ginseng powder
- 1 cup Milk
- Optional: Honey
Instructions:
- Boil water, then add oatmeal and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat
- Add red dates and wolfberries.
- Stir in American ginseng powder.
- If desired, add honey.
- Pour in milk.
