American Ginseng Oat in a pot

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 2 cups Water
  • Some Red dates
  • Some Goji
  • 1 Teaspoon American ginseng powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Optional: Honey

Instructions:

  1. Boil water, then add oatmeal and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat
  2. Add red dates and wolfberries.
  3. Stir in American ginseng powder.
  4. If desired, add honey.
  5. Pour in milk.
  6. Done.
