Ginger Coconut Taro Latte

Ingredient :

  • Add one sachet of Prince of Peace Ginger Coconut into a small bowl and dissolve it by stirring in 150ml of hot water.
  • Use a fork to mash 50 grams of the cooked taro into small pieces. Then, put it into the base of the cup and pour the ginger coconut drink on top.
  • In a container, blend 50g of heavy whipping cream and the remaining 10g of cooked taro together to create a thick foam.
  • Top the glass with the taro cream, and garnish with chunks of cooked taro to taste.
  • Enjoy!

Ginger Coconut Sweet Potato Matcha

Ingredient :

Direction:

  • Add one sachet of Prince of Peace Ginger Coconut into a small bowl and dissolve it by stirring in 150ml of hot water.
  • Put a few ice cubes into the drink to cool it down.
  • Mash some cooked sweet potato and place it at the bottom of the cup.
  • Layer red beans on top of the sweet potato.
  • Fill the rest of the glass with Ginger Coconut.
  • In a container, blend 2.5 grams of matcha powder in 50 grams of heavy whipping cream to create a foam.
  • Add the foam on top of the ginger coconut drink, and enjoy!
