The "2025 U.S.-China Twin Bay Area Creative Medicated Cuisine Contest" successfully concluded in Guangzhou on the evening of October 19th. The event highlighted the importance of "Food and Medicine Homology" as a key trend in global health.
The competition crowned two "Medicated Cuisine Chef Kings": Team "Hong Kong" for the China Greater Bay Area and Team "ABC Er Chu" for the U.S. San Francisco Bay Area. The winning dishes—such as the unique "Australian Abalone Low-Temperature Roasted Taro" and the fused "Jing Nectar Floral Language Panna Cotta"—showcased a new era of medicinal cuisine, serving as a cultural bridge between East and West.
Crucially, the event was also a major trade opportunity. Accompanying the contest were the "TCM and Dried Seafood Exhibition" and a specialized "Business Talk on TCM and Dried Seafood Export to the U.S.," designed to help Chinese enterprises access the American market.
Prince of Peace Ent Inc., a leader in the U.S. Chinese Herb, was a Gold Sponsor for the competition. Furthermore, President Matt Chin was a prominent speaker at the business talks. He delivered an in-depth analysis of the current U.S. Traditional Chinese Medicine market and the opportunities it presents, providing domestic businesses with vital insights for expanding their operations overseas.
