  1. Wash the Prince of Peace American Ginseng Slices and Asian pears.
  2. Peel and cut the Asian pears in slices.
  3. Put the Asian pears, rock sugar and water in a pot and cook with medium heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Add in the Prince of Peace American Ginseng slices and cook with low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and cool down to serve.
  6. For a cold dessert, refrigerate and add in honey to serve.
