Ginger caramel topping:


  1. Stir to combine heavy cream and granulated sugar.
  2. Add in Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals, mix well.
  3. Temper egg yolks.
  4. Strain the mixture.
  5. Pour into the mixture into the ramekins.
  6. Add hot water halfway up the baking tray.
  7. Cover the molds with foil.
  8. Bake in a 175°C/350°F oven for 40 minutes until it’s set.
  9. Remove and chill.
  10. Caramelize the sugar shell with a blowtorch.
  11. Enjoy your ginger creme brulee!
