If you’ve been scrolling through social media lately, you’ve definitely seen the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar—that decadent mix of rich chocolate, creamy pistachio, and crunchy toasted kataifi. It’s a texture lover’s dream!
But why stop at a candy bar? Today, we’re taking those iconic Middle Eastern flavors and blending them with the warming, spicy kick of Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals to create a Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Chai. It’s cozy, nutty, crunchy, and surprisingly easy to whip up at home.
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals
- 1 tea bag Prince of Peace Organic Black Tea
- Some Kataifi
- Some Butter or Oil
- Some Milk & Water
- Some Cardamom
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Pistachio Paste
Instructions:
- Sauté kataifi in a pan with butter or oil until golden brown. Set aside.
- Boil milk, water, cardamom, and a Prince of Peace Organic Black Tea bag for 4–5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag. Whisk in cocoa powder, Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals, and pistachio paste.
- Pour into a mug, add frothed milk, and top with your toasted kataifi.
