Warming Winter Wellness: American Ginseng, Taro, and Oreo Coconut Milk

This unique recipe blends the ancient benefits of American Ginseng with the modern comfort of taro and the nostalgic crunch of Oreos.   1. Peel and slice the ube. Steam for 20 minutes until soft. Mash it into a smooth paste (mix in a little sugar if you like) and put it at the bottom of your cup.
  2. Steep the Prince of Peace Wisconsin American Ginseng Tea in half a cup of hot water to make a strong tea.
  3. Stir the coconut milk into the hot ginseng tea. Pour this mixture over your ube mash. Top with crushed Oreos and enjoy!
